Shiatsu Massage School of California:
Relief is Only $30 Away
Shiatsu
is an ancient Japanese bodywork technique that focuses on
the body's pressure points to alleviate symptoms of stress
and fatigue. Shiatsu practitioners work to restore the flow
of energy through the body's 12 meridians, or energy pathways,
often using not only with their fingers, but their palms,
forearms, and even their feet and knees to apply careful pressure.

The result is typically more rejuvenating and effective than
the general feeling of relaxation that you get from a Swedish
massage. And, unlike during a Swedish or deep tissue massage,
no oil is used on the body. Shiatsu is especially useful for
people who work at a computer all day, which usually leads
to knotted up muscles and blocked energy flow.
Shiatsu Massage School of California offers clients the opportunity
to experience this energy-restoring therapy at a heavily discounted
rate with advanced student practitioners in training to obtain
their licenses. We can say, without a doubt, that this was
one of the best bodywork experiences we've ever had. Hard
to believe the cost was only $30 for one hour.
The atmosphere is about what you'd expect from a massage school:
strictly no frills, but friendly, clean and comfortable. And
the student practitioners are very concerned with your comfort,
taking care to apply just the right amount of pressure to
strategic points on your body.
