75 Minutes of Euphoria
 

Euphoria Face and Body offers a lovely escape from the frenetic pace of Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood. A small spa specializing in bodywork and skin care, Euphoria is owned by Steven and Gabriella, a delightful couple who know just how to make their guests feel welcome.

We were recovering from a cold and feeling especially sensitive on the day of our visit, so we requested a gentle Swedish massage from our therapist Antoan, who was more than accommodating. He started off with a very light touch and asked if it would be OK to apply a bit more pressure. It was, so he did, and the result was one of the most perfectly balanced massage treatments we have ever experienced: We melted like butter under Antoan's magical touch.

Euphoria's standard massage sessions are 75 minutes, and it was exactly the right amount of time (the spa also offers deluxe 105-minute sessions - see special offer below). We didn't feel like our massage was in any way rushed; the extended session allowed Antoan to devote all the time he needed to coddle each part of the body. By the time the treatment ended, we had reached a state of unadulterated relaxation. We guess they call it Euphoria for a reason.
