Every so often, if you're lucky, you meet a massage therapist who is a healer in the truest sense of the word. We usually like to keep the chatting to a minimum during massage treatments, but Holden was so knowledgeable and engaging that we ended up soliciting advice about how we could better manage stress and keep the body in prime condition. By the end of our session, we were relaxed, refreshed and delighted with the loose, open feeling that Holden had imparted to our muscles and joints with his magic hands.
