Terrible Customer Service, Thursday, 18 September 2008

Written by ncharada

My first experience at Trilogy Spa was extremely disappointing. My friend and I decided to take advantage of the Spa Week $50 offer - we both decided on the "45 Minute Coconut Scalp Treatment and Body Scrub with Vichy Shower". Sounds great, right? WRONG! The treatment lasted 30 minutes long and the therapist tried to pressure me into adding a massage after my service. Very UNRELAXING! Upon check out, I inquired with the receptionist about the time length of the treatment. She called a manager, who turned out to be the therapist who gave me the treatment. She said that she was aware of the error in the amount of time listed on the Spa Week website, but that there was nothing she could do. No apology. Nothing! The least she could have done (as the MANAGER) was called the clients who signed up for the Spa Week offer to inform them of the error - actual 30 minute treatment as opposed to the advertised 45 minute treatment. I find this to be POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and FALSE ADVERTISING! With so many spas in the LA area, there is no need to try this one. As for the treatment itself, my hair looked no better than it did before the "scalp treatment" and my skin looked no better than it did before the "body scrub".
